Refund policy

During checkout, 50% of the total booking amount is required. The amount paid is refundable upon request. The refund request must be received via email within 48 hours of the payment. The refund request will not be accepted if received less than 120 hours (5 days) before the check-in date.

Example 1: Payment date January 1st - Check-in date January 15th -> deadline to request a refund January 3rd. Request received on January 3rd. Refund accepted.

Example 2: Payment date January 1st - Check-in date January 15th -> deadline to request a refund January 3rd. Refund request sent on January 4th. Refund NOT accepted due to expired request deadline.

Example 3: Payment date January 1st - Check-in date January 5th -> deadline to request a refund January 3rd. Refund request sent on January 2nd. Refund NOT accepted because there are less than 5 days until check-in.

An accepted refund will result in the cancellation of the booking. The refund will be processed to the payment method used at checkout.
